Ours is a Proprietary Firm of Chartered Accountants based at Mumbai, India and practicing since 1988, in the field of taxation, audit, management consultancy, business set up and support consultancy for various corporate including overseas companies and assisting in valuation of going concern for mergers, acquisitions and complete sell off.

Over the years, excellent services through hard work, has helped us to build up a very respectable client list, which includes Indian manufacturing, trading, oil drilling , logistic support, finance and service corporations in various fields. This shows how professionally our firm is capable of handling any company, large or small, with the same degree of service and integrity.

The organization comprises of team of dedicated friendly people which creates an atmosphere conductive to growth. This includes Chartered Accountants as a part of team and channel partners i.e. Company Secretary, Cost Accountants, Lawyers and Financial Advisors and midlevel executives. All strategies are developed through active team involvement.

Our team handles the work from a macro angle, to do the main planning. The executive staff has a lot of freedom in their operational work who later present a complete report based on the guidelines laid down by the senior chartered accountants and Channel partners. Our senior staff involves themselves right from planning, supervision and vetting the reports carried out by the junior staff members, and look after day-to-day execution of professional assignments as per need of the client.
